Personal History: Yukito and Yue - There's not much that I can find out of either of these, this is literally all of the history of these characters that I can find!

Personality: Yukito is a gentle soul, and the host of an ageless being known as Yue.

When Yukito was around the age of 15, the little sister of his bestfriend Touya, discovered a strange deck of cards. The Clow Cards. In finding them Sakura released them and was charged with their recovery. Her opening the Book of Clow awoke the books two guardian spirits, Ceroberos and Yue. Yue resided within a host, Yukito.

For most of of life Yukito was unaware of his condition, though there were hints. Yukito's veracious appetite for one, daily eating x5 what a normal person would eat. He would be tired constantly, falling asleep in odd places, his school desk being a favourite. This only got worse as he got older. And worse still as Sakura came into her powers and Yue gained in strength. Once the Clow Cards were released things only got worse for Yukito, there were several instances of black outs and memory loss, it was baffling to him. For a long time he tried to dismiss it, but it would soon become apparent that people around him understood more about what was happening to him than he did. In true Yukito style though, he said nothing, he carried on as if nothing was wrong, just trusting in the people around him.

All the while Yukito remained a gentle and kind influence upon Sakura, offering her guidance in times of need, apparently influenced by the being within him. He would forever find himself in the fight place at the right time, sometimes without him truly understanding why he was even there. But there he would be, and he would find Sakura in those places and he impulse to speak with her. Words of encouragement in trying times for the young girl. And then he would be gone, never seeing the result of his advice or catching Sakura in the act of being a Magical Girl.

When he isn't helping Sakura, he spends a great deal of his time with the girls brother, Touya (When Touya wasn't working in one of his MANY jobs). His bestfried and boyfriend. While neither are overly open in showing off their relationship, Yukito is very much devoted. He is also more than aware that Sakura had something of a crush on him. When she comes to him to confess her feelings he is very gentle and understanding in rejecting her affections. She is very much like a little sister to Yukito and he loves her dearly. Touya is his whole world, however. And it would seem that Yue would share that assessment. During times when he has appeared to Touya he has shown affection, in his unique and often cold way.

Yukito enjoys gardening a great deal, with many books on flowers and botany, he spends a great deal of time in his garden tending to his flowers. Naps are also things he enjoys, even having a hammock between two trees that he feels is the perfect place for an afternoon nap. Despite his inability to remain awake, Yukito is a very good student and tends to earn good grades. Most of this he puts down to study dates with Touya, though he is a very intelligent young man in his own right.

As Yukito he has no magical abilities of his own. No skills outside of his hobbies and interests. He isn't a fighter, though if push came to shove he would stand his ground as best he could, even if that meant risking his own life. He does, however, have some skill in traditional Japanese archery. Which is rather telling at his counterpart, Yue, uses a powerful bow made of moonlight. Perhaps more subtle influence from Yue? Luckily for Yukito, Yue has a vested interest in keeping Yukito alive and will often times appear in times of need to save him. Most often he will not be very pleased to have to do it, but he will protect his host.

Yue is very different to Yukito. Cold and indifferent, seemingly emotionless and uncaring, he is the one who holds all of the magic. A being with the power of the Moon and wings of an Angel, his sole purpose was to protect the Clow Cards and their Master. When he isn't needed to do that he remains hidden within his host, though he has appeared on occasion to speak to others within Sakura's family and those who know who he is and what.


Key themes: Yukito: Getting to school on time, trying NOT to fall asleep... His boyfriend, job, and friends.

Yue: Protecting Sakura. Being hidden. The moon.

Main Motivation: Yukito: To be a good friend/boyfriend.

Yue: Yue's motivations are mostly his own. Self preservation and the protection of the Clow Cards his beloved master Clow Reed created.

Skills: Yukito: His main skills are that he's a smart guy, he loves to grow flowers, and he can eat his own body weight. He also has the ability to transform into another person!

Yue: His powers come from the moon, and while he is able to use some during the day, his abilities will gain in strength with access to moonlight, and even stronger during a full moon. Yue's powers were heavily dependent upon Yukito but after receiving Touya's (Sakura's older brother and Yukito's bestfriend/boyfriend) powers he was able to sustain himself. Mostly.

Angelic flight: He has large angel wings that allow him to fly and hover in place.

Shields/Barriers: Yue can create strong magical shields and barriers, only breakable by the master of the Clow Cards.

Crystal Shards: Forming pure white energy into his hand, Yue can create shards of crystal that multiply and fly at his enemy at speed.

Moonlight control/manipulation: Yue has the ability to create streams of moonlight energy to use as weapons, typically into the shape of a bow with which he can fire powerful moonlight arrows.

Magical perception: He is able to sense the magical powers within others.

Magical empowerment: Yue can draw strength from other magical beings to sustain himself and his powers. As he is influenced by the moon, the moon does not make it's own light, replying on the light of the sun to make it shine. Yue requires other magical beings to help sustain his powers in much the same way.

Note: While Yue is a separate entity to Yukito, he will not be walking around on the daily. Yukito will be the main character being played here and Yue might remain hidden for a while until I decide it will make for an interesting plot!
